At RedSeal, we can conduct third party firestopping reviews to ensure all firestopping installations in your building are compliant. Our reviews are conducted in accordance with passive barrier protection requirements. We can conduct testing for adhesion/cohesion, density, and thickness of intumescent paint/coatings. By inspecting the passive barrier installations, owners can be assured that the structural elements of the building are protected in the event of a fire.
